I studied religions and predictions, earth science other than physics and superconductivity. As a result of study of religions, predictions and earth science, I got the following conclusion. Indonesia, Japan, and the next is North America. The super great earthquake to exceed far this earthquake will be generated in Western North America occurs at the end of 2012. This super great earthquake will exceed Magnitude 10. The seismic damage of North American will become seriously terrible. The influence of this super great earthquake occurring in the U.S.A. extends to the whole world. | A trial decision certified copy sent out on 25th by the Japan Patent Office arrived on June 26, 2010. It is refusal trial decision. It included the contents which rejected amendment of March 2, 2010. I think that it is illegal and unfair trial decision both procedurally and substantially. I will submit suit against trial decision without fail to the intellectual property high court within legal period. |

Dear Mr. President Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., I am a Japanese inventor and my name is KUBOTA Hidefumi. I believe that you are truly faithful to the founding spirit of the United States and I offered this letter. I invented an antigravity engine named "superconductive electromagnetic engine". This almighty engine changes electric energy into linear kinetic energy directly without a track. The linear kinetic energy can be used as driving force, buoyancy and so on. The engine is an inertial drive engine which drives without acting mutually with the outside of a hull and can do reactionless drive. It is not the equipment which generates an antigravity field but generates the force of nature of antigravity. Its principle is conversion from electromagnetic force to propulsive force and denial of reaction. Since it uses a promotion method of not accompanying propellant and reactionary mass, it is far more excellent than past engines. High reliability and cost performance can be given to it. As for the outline of "Superconducting electromagnetic engine", please see enclosed 'Overview of Superconductive Electromagnetic Engine'. Since the superconductive electromagnetic engine excels as an engine and generates the driving force of nature of antigravity, dream vehicles such as air cars and air bikes that can fly freely in the air, flying trains, highly efficient airplanes, and new model manned spaceships and so on can be realized. The air cars and the air bikes reform auto industry. The fuel cost revolution can be caused only by equipping the engine with past cars. The flying trains can be constructed at much lower price than the superconducting linear motor car. Its speed exceeds the speed of the superconducting linear motor car. You can enjoy a wonderful view, too. The efficient airplane can do vertical takeoff and landing, carries more freight and traveler than so far, and fuel cost improves much better than past airplanes. If you develop the new model manned spaceship, American people will be able to reach to Mars within three years. "Superconducting electromagnetic engine" that enables dream vehicles is completed in accordance with the fundamental law of physics and superconductivity. However, I cannot do its experiment for myself and the success of the experiment is not confirmed officially because I am not rich. The reason why I say "not officially" is that a flying body thought to be a prototype of the superconductive electromagnetic engine is informally confirmed. It is called Strange Craft or Drones, and witnessed in California in the first half of 2007. The photograph is enclosed. Its time of appearance, shape, especially ring thought to be the one of electromagnet, reported sound and appearance of movement make me think that it is the prototype of the engine. Moreover, it is thought that several 10 percent of sightings of UFO recently successive in foreign countries are the ones of flying bodies equipped with the engines. Could the United States advance the above-mentioned technical innovation as a leader? For this, could the United States support the superconductive electromagnetic engine? Concretely, could a contract between the United States and me be made? For distributing 49 percent of the profit that I obtain from Japanese patent of the superconductive electromagnetic engine, could the United States make a contract with me? I propose a contract like an enclosed idea. As for patent, I applied the completed form of the engine to Japanese Patent Office by the name "Superconductive electromagnetic engine of high frequency" on April 8, 2006. Since I had not applied for foreign countries, I lost the right to get patents in them. After I requested for the examination of my application in Japan, a notice of reasons for rejection reached to me. Against this, I submitted a written opinion and an amendment. The amendment of specification was accepted. But, my application was made a decision of final rejection. This final rejection has only a curt reason. I think it is unjustified and illegal. Therefore, I demanded an appeal trial against the examiner's final rejection to Japanese Patent Office on April 22, 2008. The demand for appeal trial is enclosed. I can appeal accelerated trial examination. But, I have not done it to wait for time. If the result of the appeal trial is not satisfactory, I will institute a lawsuit to the intellectual property high court (Tokyo High Court). I will confirm the success of the experiment officially by the court. In the lawsuit, it can be thought that whether or not my invention actually functions makes a problem. But, it is not officially confirmed. Then, I request the court to order judgment to research laboratories by the power of the court. Even if I, an individual request it, it is refused. But, they have legal obligation to cooperate with judgment ordered by the court. Laboratories who possess super conductive magnets can confirm it by small expense. May I have the support from the United States for the above-mentioned superconductive electromagnetic engine? If the technical innovation by the superconductive electromagnetic engine succeeds, it is thought that the profit obtained from the patent of the engine can contribute to the national treasury of the United States. | You can build an antigravity engine in 45 days, if you can prepare elements of a superconductive electromagnetic engine; a superconductive magnet, a power generator of very high frequency and so on. If you can supply enough strong ripple current for enough time, the engine made by you will fly to the space. The way of building a superconductive electromagnetic engine is; An engine for utilizing an electromagnetic force generated in a loop as a driving force, a braking force, and a buoyancy comprising: (a)the loop through which ripple current of very high frequency flows in order to use the electromagnetic force generated in the loop by a magnetic field of a superconductive magnet; (b)the superconductive magnet arranged at a fixed position with respect to the loop so as to cancel an impulse of an electromagnetic force generated in the superconductive magnet by a magnetic field of the loop; (c)the ripple current whose wavelength approaches to the circumference of the loop. To build the engine of 60 cm of diameter, you must pile two electromagnet of 188 cm of circumference. One magnet is a normal conductive magnet of one round. The other is a superconductive magnet. Two magnets are fixed. You must supply ripple current to the normal conductive magnet. The frequency of the ripple current is, 3×10^8÷1.88 It is desirable that the voltage of the ripple current is low. In addition to going up and down, if you want to make the engine go ahead and turn, you can add propeller engines. And, you must pay attention to exhaust of heat from the superconductive magnet since energy will be accumulated as the antiparallel motion of Cooper pairs. I wish your success. Strange Craft's Technology Dear Sir or Madam, I am an independent inventor and invented an almighty engine, the superconductive electromagnetic engine. | To save the right of an application to Japan Patent Office and get the patents in foreign countries, its international application must be done by the time when the Paris treaty prescribes to do, 1 year after its filing date. But, my application (filling date: 8th April 2006 / application number: 2006-130763 ) was not made an international application by the end of 1 year. Because I thought that the right in Japan was enough for my honor and profit and dare not to do its international application. As the result, the right which I have is only the right to get a patent in Japan and don't have the right to get patents in foreign countries. However, I sent a letter to donate the right to get patents in the foreign countries on 2nd March 2007 to Japanese government by registered mail. This mail was sent to one of administrators of patents of the Japanese government. I enclosed a contributory proposal and contributory contracts signed and put seals. However, there is no reply. Then, I don't know whether or not the Japanese government has the right to get patents of the superconductive electromagnetic engine in foreign countries. |
